Cloud & DevOps Services

ZeevTech Solutions provides cloud and DevOps services on AWS and Firebase — CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, autoscaling, and zero-downtime deployment. We also run long-term maintenance plans with defined response SLAs, covering security patching, dependency updates, and OS upgrade compatibility for live apps.

What is DevOps?

DevOps is the practice of automating how software is built, tested, deployed, and monitored, so releases become routine rather than risky events. In practice it means version-controlled infrastructure, an automated pipeline from commit to production, and observability that surfaces problems before users report them.

What do cloud and DevOps services include?

Cloud and DevOps services cover infrastructure setup, deployment automation, monitoring, scaling, and cost control. At ZeevTech Solutions that means infrastructure defined as code, a CI/CD pipeline from commit to production, alerting that reaches a human, and a documented runbook your team can act on.

  • AWS or Firebase infrastructure defined as code, not clicked together by hand
  • CI/CD pipeline with automated tests, preview environments, and one-click rollback
  • Zero-downtime blue-green or rolling deployments
  • Monitoring, structured logging, uptime checks, and alert routing
  • Automated backups plus a disaster recovery plan that has actually been tested
  • Cloud cost review with specific, prioritised savings

How do you deploy without downtime?

We deploy new versions alongside the old one and shift traffic only after health checks pass — blue-green or rolling releases. Database changes ship as backward-compatible migrations so both versions can run briefly at once. If a health check fails, traffic never moves and rollback is automatic.

How can we reduce our cloud costs?

Most over-spend comes from four places: instances provisioned for peak load running at peak size all month, storage nobody deleted, data transfer through the wrong path, and idle non-production environments. We audit against actual usage metrics and return a prioritised list with the saving attached to each item.

  • Right-size compute against real utilisation, then add autoscaling
  • Lifecycle rules to move or delete cold storage automatically
  • CDN and caching to cut egress charges
  • Auto-shutdown schedules for staging and development environments

What does an application maintenance plan cover?

A maintenance plan covers uptime monitoring, security patching, dependency updates, bug fixes, backups, and annual iOS and Android compatibility passes, under a defined response SLA. It is the difference between finding out about an outage from your monitoring and finding out about it from a customer.

Every plan includes a monthly report covering uptime, incidents, patches applied, and any risks we recommend addressing next.

Can you take over infrastructure someone else built?

Yes. We start with an audit covering security posture, backup validity, cost, single points of failure, and how much of the setup exists only in one person's head. You receive a written findings document with prioritised fixes before we change anything in your environment.

FAQ

Cloud, DevOps & Support FAQs

Straight answers on cost, timelines, ownership, and delivery for cloud and devops services.

What is included in a maintenance and support plan?

Maintenance plans cover uptime monitoring, security patching, dependency updates, bug fixes, verified backups, and annual iOS and Android compatibility passes, all under a defined response SLA. Every plan includes a monthly report on uptime, incidents, patches applied, and the risks we recommend addressing next.

Do you deploy to AWS, or can we use our own cloud provider?

We work primarily with AWS, Firebase, and Vercel, and deploy into your own accounts so you keep control and billing visibility. If you already run Google Cloud, Azure, or on-premise infrastructure, we work within it — we do not require a migration as a condition of the engagement.

How do you deploy updates without taking the app offline?

New versions run alongside the old one and traffic shifts only after health checks pass, using blue-green or rolling deployments. Database changes ship as backward-compatible migrations so both versions can briefly coexist. A failed health check means traffic never moves and rollback happens automatically.

Can you help reduce our cloud bill?

Yes. We audit actual usage and return a prioritised list with a saving attached to each item. The recurring causes are compute provisioned for peak load running at peak size permanently, storage nobody deleted, data transfer taking an expensive path, and idle staging environments left running overnight.

What is your response time if something breaks in production?

Response times are set in the plan you choose, with critical production incidents typically acknowledged within one hour during business hours. Monitoring and alerting are configured so we are usually aware of an incident before you are — that detection gap is what a support plan is really buying.

Can you take over infrastructure that another agency set up?

Yes. We begin with a written audit of security posture, backup validity, cost, single points of failure, and undocumented knowledge, then deliver prioritised findings before changing anything. Taking over an unfamiliar environment without that audit is how outages get inherited along with the credentials.
