We work in two-week sprints. Each sprint starts with an agreed scope, ends with a demo of working software, and produces a written report covering what shipped, what is next, and where the budget stands. You have a dedicated channel with the engineers, not an account manager relaying messages.

Changes are normal and we plan for them. Anything inside the agreed sprint scope is absorbed; anything larger gets a written estimate of cost and timeline impact before work starts, so you decide with real numbers. We never silently swap agreed features for new ones to protect a deadline.

Every release passes code review, automated tests, and manual QA across a real device matrix. We follow OWASP practices, validate input at every boundary, encrypt sensitive data, scan dependencies in CI, and configure monitoring so problems surface to us before your users encounter them.

You get a dedicated Slack or WhatsApp channel with the engineers on your project, a weekly written progress report, and a sprint demo call. Our team keeps a daily overlap window with US and European hours, so questions rarely wait a full day for an answer.

A single decision-maker who can approve designs and answer product questions within a day or two, plus timely access to any accounts or systems we need to integrate with. Slow feedback loops are the most common cause of overrun on otherwise healthy projects — far more common than technical problems.

We break the scope into flows and estimate each one against comparable work from previous builds, then add explicit contingency for the unknowns and name them in the estimate. Where uncertainty is genuinely high we propose a short paid discovery phase instead of guessing a number we cannot stand behind.
